Have you ever sent a document and completely forgotten about the expiry date? We've all been there! Luckily, ZoopSign has a handy feature that lets you easily view and manage expired documents.

What can you do with expired documents?

Our solutions let you tackle expired documents differently depending on which feature you’ve used:

eSign

See which eSign documents have expired and keep track of important deadlines.

Doc-Track

Breathe easy! You can not only see expired Doc-Track documents but also renew them by updating the expiry date.

How to view and manage expired documents

The process is similar for both eSign and Doc-Track:

  1. Head to your dashboard: This is your central hub for all things document-related. Just log in and navigate to either the eSign or Doc-Track dashboard, depending on the document type.
  2. Find the document: Your dashboard will display a list of your documents. Expired documents will be identified, so you can easily find the one you need.
  3. Update expiry date (Doc-Track only): If you're using Doc-Track and the document is expired but needs more time, simply click the "Update" button and choose a new expiry date. ZoopSign will take care of the rest!

In a nutshell

eSign

Perfect for keeping track of expiry dates on active documents (those that haven't expired yet). You cannot update the expiry date on expired eSign documents.

Doc-Track

Offers more flexibility! You can view expired documents and even renew them by updating the expiry date.
