Signer journey for eSign

Have you received a document for eSigning on ZoopSign? That’s great! Here's a quick guide to navigating your signing journey:

Signer’s journey

• Open the email or message containing the ZoopSign document link.
• Click the link. This will take you to the ZoopSign signing interface.
• Review the document. Take your time to read and understand the document before signing. 
• Signing Time! The signing method depends on how the sender set it up:
• Digital eSign: You may be prompted to enter your name or authenticate yourself by verifying your email.

• Aadhaar eSign: If the document requires Aadhaar signing, you'll receive a one-time passcode (OTP) on your registered Aadhaar mobile number. Enter the OTP to access and sign the document.
• Once signed, you may be prompted to add additional information or complete further steps. Follow any remaining instructions provided by the sender.
• That's it! The document is signed and will be sent back to the sender.
